Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Queue 1 (MASLD without cognitive impairment group): Age 18-80 years old, gender not restricted; meets the diagnostic criteria for MASLD as agreed upon by international experts in 2023, and satisfies the following conditions: duration of diabetes = 2.0 ng/mL. 2. Queue 2 (Cognitive impairment without MASLD group): Age 50-80 years old, gender not restricted; diagnosed according to the 2018 international MCI working group standards (subjective cognitive decline + objective cognitive test lower than normal by 1-1.5 standard deviations, with preserved daily living ability). 3. Queue 3 (Cognitive impairment with MASLD group): Age 50-80 years old, gender not restricted; diagnosed as patients with MASLD and cognitive impairment. 4. Queue 4 (Healthy control group): No history of MASLD, cognitive impairment, or other major diseases; normal cognitive function (MMSE >= 27 points, MoCA >= 26 points); normal liver enzymes (ALT, AST), blood lipids (TG, TC), blood glucose (fasting blood glucose < 5.6 mmol/L); no fatty liver on liver ultrasound; age, gender matched with corresponding case groups (+/- 3 years, gender ratio 1:1)
Exclusion criteria

Queue 2 (Group without cognitive impairment associated with MASLD): Age 50-80 years old, gender not restricted; diagnosed according to the 2018 international MCI working group standards (subjective cognitive decline + objective cognitive test lower than normal by 1-1.5 standard deviations, with preserved daily living ability). 3. Queue 3 (Group with cognitive impairment associated with MASLD): Age 50-80 years old, gender not restricted; diagnosed as patients with both MASLD and cognitive impairment. 4. Queue 4 (Healthy control group): No history of MASLD, cognitive impairment, or other major diseases; normal cognitive function (MMSE >= 27 points, MoCA >= 26 points); normal liver enzymes (ALT, AST), blood lipids (TG, TC), blood glucose (fasting blood glucose < 5.6 mmol/L); no fatty liver on liver ultrasound; age, gender matched with corresponding case groups (+/- 3 years, gender ratio 1:1).
