Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients with septic shock admitted to our department who meet the Sepsis-3 criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of severe neurological diseases in the past (such as stroke, craniocerebral injury, dementia); 2. Skull defect or poor TCCD acoustic window; 3. Pregnancy;
