Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: (1) Patients with RAO who visited our hospital from January 2020 to October 2025; (2) According to the diagnostic criteria for retinal artery occlusion as stipulated in the American Heart Association guidelines (2021); (3) Patients with "OCT and fundus photography" results and clear images. 2. Control group: (1) People who did not have RAO in the physical examination department from January 2020 to October 2025 and those who did not have RAO in the general practice department; (2) Had OCT and fundus photography examinations and obtained clear images.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combine other ocular diseases that affect the blood vessels in the retina;
