Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include patients undergoing elective surgery (ASA Class I–II, aged 18–65 years, weighing 50–80 kg; there were no statistically significant differences in the patients’ general characteristics).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with severe heart failure (NYHA Class III–IV), localized skin lesions, coagulation disorders, abnormal liver or kidney function, severe respiratory depression with oxygen saturation <90%, a history of acute asthma, or severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
