Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants who met the diagnostic criteria for CPTSD, as assessed independently by two attending physicians according to the ICD-11 criteria and in combination with the International Trauma Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents. 2.Participants who reported any type of childhood trauma as assessed by the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire. 3.Participants who were willing to receive psychological intervention and were able to attend group therapy sessions and follow-up assessments on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants diagnosed with severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. 2.Participants with severe physical illnesses or unstable health conditions, such as uncontrolled hypertension or severe cardiovascular disease. 3.Participants who had received systematic psychotherapy within the past year. 4.Participants with severe language impairment, cognitive impairment, or other conditions that prevented them from completing the intervention and questionnaire assessments.
