Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 80 years old, gender not restricted; 2. Patients with acute aortic dissection of type A who were admitted to the cardiothoracic surgery department of our hospital from June 2025 to March 2026, underwent open-chest aortic arch replacement surgery after admission; 3. The time interval from onset to surgery is within 14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients with chronic and subacute type A aortic dissection (with the time from onset to surgery exceeding 14 days) and those with aortic aneurysms; 2. Exclude patients with type A dissection treated by hybrid or other surgical methods; 3. Exclude patients with preoperative manifestations of cerebral ischemia, including hemiplegia, coma, etc., and those with severe involvement of the brachiocephalic artery or left common carotid artery due to dissection as indicated by enhanced CT scans.
