Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be 18 years old or above; 2. Preoperative diagnosis is considered pancreatic cancer; 3. Radical surgical resection was performed, and the postoperative pathology confirmed pancreatic cancer; 4. Complete imaging data are available before the operation, and the status of pancreatic fat infiltration can be evaluated through CT.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient had already received anticancer treatment prior to surgery. 2.In addition to pancreatic cancer, a history of other malignant tumors or concurrent malignant tumors; 3.The patient's pathology data is incomplete, so the tumor grade cannot be determined.
