Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Applicable to all subjects: 1. Aged between 45 and 79 years old. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension specified in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2024 Revised Edition). 3. The antihypertensive treatment regimen has remained relatively stable over the past four weeks. 4. Have normal cognitive function, basic reading and writing abilities, and be proficient in using smartphone applications (APPs). 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Patients with secondary hypertension, hypertensive emergency or hypertensive urgency. 2. Patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs (e.g., NYHA class III or higher heart failure, Child-Pugh class C liver function, end-stage renal disease on dialysis) or active malignant tumor. 3. Patients with severe cerebrovascular or neurological diseases, including but not limited to symptomatic cerebral atherosclerosis, history of stroke, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and intracranial space-occupying lesions. 4. Patients with other severe mental disorders (e.g., major depressive episode, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder [OCD]) or at high suicide risk. 5. Pregnant or lactating women. 6. Any condition that may significantly interfere with study participation or follow-up, such as illiteracy, inability to perform activities of daily living independently, planned relocation out of the study area, or concurrent participation in other interventional clinical studies.
