Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Community-dwelling older adults; 2. Aged > 50 years; 3. Knowledgeable about Mahjong rules and have previous playing experience; 4. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score >= 10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of dementia; 2. Severe visual or hearing impairment; 3. Severe physical mobility limitations that affect the ability to play Mahjong; 4. Severe mental illness or other major neurological disorders (e.g., Parkinson's disease, severe post-stroke sequelae), etc.
