Interventions

Gold Standard:For diseases that can be confirmed by pathological results, pathology is used as the gold standard (such as early tumors, atrophic intestinal metaplasia grades, etc.)
For diseases that require endoscopic images but cannot be diagnosed by pathology (such as diverticula of the digestive tract, achalasia of the cardia, reflux esophagitis, etc.), we selected 2,000 case

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Complete gastroscopy examination was performed; 2.Endoscopic case data with one-to-one correspondence between gastroscopy reports and endoscopic images. 3.Traceable patient information including gender, age at examination, endoscopic diagnosis report, pathological report (excluding normal control group), endoscopic equipment model, etc; 4.Patients have traceable endoscopic images or videos;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of total gastrectomy; 2.Patients who failed to complete the full gastroscopy procedure; 3. Cases without sufficient endoscopic images/videos and corresponding clinical and pathological information; 4.Cases receiving endoscopic therapeutic procedures such as ESD, ESE and EFTR during endoscopy are excluded.
