Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Able to communicate clearly with intact consciousness; 3.Provide informed consent; 4.For Research Contents 1 and 3: elective surgical patients in the departments of general surgery, orthopedics, thoracic surgery, and other DVT high-risk departments at the participating hospitals.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who, due to the surgical site or postoperative immobilisation requirements (e.g., ankle surgery), are judged by the attending physician to be unable to perform standard ankle pump exercises. 2.Patients with confirmed DVT by preoperative bilateral lower-extremity venous duplex ultrasonography, or those with contraindications to anticoagulation. 3.Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders. 4.Patients who are critically ill and unable to cooperate.
