Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this study; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes (2020 Edition)"; 3. Fully conscious, with no cognitive impairments; 4. Able to communicate or read normally; 5. Aged 45 or older; 6. Have been on diabetes medication for at least 2 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious chronic illnesses; 2. Currently working in healthcare or did so before retirement; 3. Unclear in speech or uncooperative.
