Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1 and Part 2: Research on the Characteristics of Sports Injuries Among Young Athletes and the Psychological Effects of Rehabilitation Support on Athletes. Inclusion Criteria for Participants: The participants in this study were selected from the Weinan City Youth Sports School, where young athletes are trained in various sports disciplines, including track and field, shooting, archery, weightlifting, and martial arts/boxing. The athletes’ age range is between 12 and 18 years old. The participant must meet all of the following conditions simultaneously in order to be included: 1. Age range: Between 12 and 18 years old (inclusive of the boundary values). 2. Duration of Training: Participation in systematic training at the Weinan City Youth Sports School for a period of >= 6 months. 3. Training intensity: Currently, there are at least 5 training days per week, with an average training duration of at least 3 hours per day. 4. Informed Consent: Both the participant and their legal guardian have signed an informed consent form, agreeing to participate in the study. 5. Communication skills: Ability to perform basic reading comprehension and to complete questionnaires independently or with assistance from researchers. 6. Project Category: The sport involved is track and field, shooting, archery, weightlifting, or martial arts/kung fu. 7. Voluntary participation in psychological assessments: Consent to complete the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory (CSAI-2) and a self-designed questionnaire consisting of 5 questions both before and after the service. 8. Full Participation: Ability to ensure participation throughout the entire 12-day practical period (i.e., able to participate in both the pre-test on days 1–2 and the post-test on days 10–11). Part III: Criteria for Inclusion of Participants in the Collaborative Practice-Based Education and Training Program: Inclusion criteria for participants in the study on the effectiveness of collaborative practice-based education: The subjects of this study were four graduate students and four undergraduate students from the School of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at Beijing Sport University who participated in this summer social practice. All of the subjects were members of the "1+1" master’s and bachelor’s collaborative pairing model. Inclusion criteria: 1. Currently enrolled as a master’s or bachelor’s degree student in the School of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at Beijing Sport University. 2. Graduate students must have at least one year of experience working with a sports team or participating in clinical rehabilitation internships, while undergraduate students have completed core courses in sports anatomy, sports physiology, and sports rehabilitation. 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. 4. Agree to maintain a daily reflective journal during the practicum, conduct thorough observations and recordings, and participate in interviews as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part 1 and Part 2: Research on the Characteristics of Sports Injuries among Young Athletes and the Rehabilitation Support’s Psychological Effects on Athletes. Exclusion Criteria for Participants: Those who meet any of the following criteria are excluded: 1. Congenital abnormalities: having congenital bone development abnormalities or inherited muscle system disorders (e.g. congenital hip dislocation, Marfan syndrome, progressive muscular dystrophy, etc.); 2. Non-motor injuries: injuries that were present before admission to school and that were directly caused by non-motor training (e.g. road traffic injuries, fall injuries, etc.) and that still affect normal training; 3. Severe chronic diseases: chronic illnesses such as severe cardiovascular disease, diabetes, epilepsy, etc. that may affect exercise training or rehabilitation evaluation; 4. History of mental / psychological illness: previous history of diagnosed mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and major depression (mild anxiety or general psychological problems are not grounds for exclusion); 5. Recent surgical history: Have undergone any surgical procedures in the past 6 months; 6. Communication impairment: There is a severe hearing, language or cognitive impairment that prevents you from completing a questionnaire or being evaluated for rehabilitation; 7. Refusal to participate: I or my legal guardian refuse to sign an informed consent form. 8. Unable to complete before and after pairing: Due to training arrangements, leave, etc., it is not possible to participate in both before and after measurements. Part 1 and Part 2: Research on the Characteristics of Sports Injuries among Young Athletes and the Rehabilitation Support’s Psychological Effects on Athletes. Exclusion Criteria for Participants: In the data collection process, those who meet any of the following criteria are excluded: 1.Severe data deficits: >= 20% of key variables are missing; 2. Midway exit: either the person or their guardian voluntarily requests to withdraw from the study; 3. Total discontinuation due to injury: complete discontinuation of training due to serious injury during the study period (cannot complete post-tests and physical tracking from 10 to 11 days); 4. Data anomalies: There are obvious patterns of regularity in the responses to the questionnaire (e.g. all checks for the same option), inconsistencies, etc. that affect the quality of the data. Part III: Criteria for Excluding Participants from the Coordinated Practice in Education Between Undergraduates and Graduates: 1. A history of serious mental illness in the past, which may affect the quality of the interview or reflection record; 2. Refrain from participating in the qualitative data collection of this study (e.g. refusing to accept interviews or submit reflection logs); 3. A cumulative absence of 2 days or more during the practice period for personal reasons. Part III: Criteria for Excluding Participants from the Coordinated Practice in Education Between Undergraduates and Graduates 1. Midway exit: quitting the team before the end of the practice for personal reasons; 2. Key data were missing: fewer than five reflection logs were submitted (12 days in total) or interviews were declined.
