Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=18 years, no gender restriction; 2.Diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis by imaging and/or pathology (fibrosis group); or without pulmonary fibrosis (control group); 3.Able to provide at least one of the following samples: peripheral blood, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, or lung tissue; 4.Voluntarily sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent active infection, malignancy, or other severe organ disease; 2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3.Inadequate sample quality (e.g., severe hemolysis); 4.Considered unsuitable for participation by the investigator;
