Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women with normal gestation in the first or second trimester; 2. Aged 20 to 45 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Able to cooperate with data collection, biological sample collection and follow-up examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients previously diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension, malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney diseases or autoimmune diseases before pregnancy; 2. High-risk pregnant women with multiple pregnancy, assisted reproductive conception or severe pregnancy complications; 3. Those who cannot cooperate with tongue and facial image collection, blood/saliva/stool sample collection and follow-up visits; 4. Subjects with mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to independently sign the informed consent form.
