Interventions

Normal Temperature PM2.5 Exposure Group:The intervention group was exposed to a temperature of 22°C and PM2.5 at 100 µg/m^3
subsequently, a crossover was performed between the intervention group and the control group (clean air).
Low Temperature PM2.5 Exposure Group:The intervention group was exposed to a temperature of 5°C and PM2.5 at 100 µg/m^3

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 48 healthy participants: aged 18–60 years, male-to-female ratio of 1:1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. current smoking (including e-cigarettes) or quitting 35 or <18; 6. pregnancy, planned pregnancy, or lactation (pregnancy testing not performed; screening questionnaire will explicitly inquire); 7. major surgery within the past 5 years; 8. inability to undergo blood sampling; 9. inability to provide written informed consent.
