Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for general practitioners: (1) Have been practicing in their current institution for >=6 months and are familiar with the content and procedures of hypertension management; (2) Have used the generalist-specialist collaboration workbench to manage hypertension for =6 months; (3) Provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in this study. Inclusion criteria for hypertensive patients: (1) Age >=35 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; (3) Have established a hypertension case file at a community health ceneter for =6 months;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for general practitioners: (1) Are absent from their position (e.g., due to secondment, rotation, internship) for >=1 month; (2) Refuse to participate in this study. Exclusion criteria for hypertensive patients: (1) Age under 35 years; (2) Patients in the acute phase of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or other conditions that may affect follow-up; (4) Patients who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
