Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The parents of premature infants are at least 20 years old; 2. Be capable of completing questionnaires independently or under the guidance of investigators; 3. Informed consent to participate in this study; Inclusion criteria for preterm infants: 1. Gestational age at birth < 37 weeks; 2. Singleton birth; 3. Parents are the primary caregivers of the infant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The parents of preterm infants suffer from severe physical diseases, mental disorders or intellectual disabilities. Exclusion criteria for preterm infants: 1. Withdrawal of treatment with parental consent for discharge; 2. Transfer to another hospital due to medical necessity; 3. Presence of severe malformations, genetic disorders, or severe neurological diseases.
