Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The diagnosis of Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN) is primarily based on medication history and typical skin lesions. SJS and TEN represent different severities of the disease. SJS involves skin detachment of 30% TBSA, and cases between these two are classified as SJS/TEN overlap. All included cases had a clear history of medication and typical clinical manifestations. 2.Patients with SJS/TEN who were hospitalised between January 2020 and June 2026 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University, the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University or the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, and whose medical records are complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hematologic diseases or history of blood transfusion within the last 3 months; 2.presence of severe uncontrolled systemic diseases and autoimmune diseases; 3.use of corticosteroids and/or immunosuppressants outside the hospital; 4.severe trauma and/or surgery within the past 1 month; 5.incomplete medical records.
