Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years; 2.Diagnosed with primary osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF), and planning to undergo or having undergone the first vertebral augmentation (VA, including PVP/PKP); 3.Blood, urine, and imaging examinations can be completed during the perioperative period;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures (caused by tumors, infections, tuberculosis, etc.); 2.Combined severe cardiac, hepatic, and renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m^2) or malignancy; 3.Previous history of lumbar surgery or adjacent segment VA surgery; 4.There are contraindications to CT or MRI scanning; 5.Expected survival time < 1 year or unable to cooperate with study follow-up;
