Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years, female; 2. Undergo elective gynecological surgery, including hysterectomy, adnexal surgery, myomectomy, radical gynecological oncology surgery, and other related gynecological procedures; 3. Postoperative use of Oliceridine fumarate PCIA; 4. ASA physical status I to III; 5. PCIA use duration >=48 hours, or at least complete records of cumulative dosage within 48 hours postoperatively; 6. Electronic medical records, anesthesia records, nursing records, and APS follow-up data are basically complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chronic pain, regular opioid use, or confirmed opioid tolerance; 2. Severe psychiatric disease or cognitive impairment affecting reliable pain assessment; 3. Postoperative use of other continuous strong opioid analgesic regimens that may interfere with the assessment of actual oliceridine requirement; 4. PCIA use for less than 48 hours; 5. Early discontinuation of PCIA due to severe adverse reactions; 6. Severe missing data in key variables; 7. Reoperation or major postoperative complications within 48 hours after surgery that may substantially affect analgesic requirement.
