Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Newborns or infants (<6 months) with clinically confirmed isolated auricular malformation (without congenital heart disease, hearing impairment, or other systemic diseases); 2. The auricular skin is normal and intact, and the auricular cartilage is plastic; 3. The families of the patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of rashes or other forms of dermatitis on the auricle and surrounding skin, history of infection or rash, or purulent discharge from the ear canal; 2. Patients allergic to materials used in auricular orthoses; 3. Those with other severe systemic diseases; 4. Patients refusing to comply with treatment, or those whose noncompliance severely impedes follow-up.
