Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2.Receive complete and standardized neoadjuvant therapy/entire - course neoadjuvant therapy: Neoadjuvant radiotherapy at 45 - 50 Gy/25 fractions + peri - operative chemotherapy with CAPEOX/FOLFOX regimen; 3.Patients with rectal cancer;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating female patients; 2.Patients judged by the researchers to be unsuitable for participation in this study;
