18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by CT/MRI. 2. Disease duration: 3-24 months post-stroke (chronic phase). 3. Age: 18-80 years. 4. Upper limb dysfunction: 15 = III. 6. Adequate cognitive function: MMSE >=24, able to understand and follow instructions. 7. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe spasticity (Modified Ashworth Scale >= grade 3). 2. History of spinal surgery or spinal deformity. 3. Severe cardiopulmonary disease or coagulation disorder. 4. Local or systemic infection. 5. Implanted cardiac pacemaker or other electronic devices. 6. History of severe psychiatric disorder or substance abuse.
