Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Schizophrenia group: 1. Met the diagnostic criteria for SCZ in DSM-5; 2. There is no brain injury, organic brain disease or other serious physical illness; 3. No drugs that affect cognitive function were used within two weeks before enrollment, and there was no history of using psychoactive substances. 4. Han Chinese, gender not limited, age must be at least 18 years old and no more than 65 years old, with a junior high school education or above. 5. Normal vision or corrected vision in both eyes, no color blindness; 6. Voluntarily participate in this research. Healthy control group: 1. Not meeting any diagnostic criteria for mental disorders and having no family history; 2. Han Chinese, gender not limited, age must be between 18 and 65 years old, with a junior high school education or above; 3. Normal vision or corrected vision in both eyes, no color blindness; 4. Voluntarily participate in this research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Schizophrenia group: 1. Meets other diagnoses in DSM-5, such as depression, bipolar disorder, etc. 2. There is a history of craniocerebral trauma that leads to loss of consciousness, epilepsy, or severe physical diseases with poor control, such as coronary heart disease or thyroid dysfunction, making it difficult to complete the collection of clinical data. 3. Have received electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) or modified electroconvulsive therapy within the past 6 months; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who are preparing for pregnancy (childbearing); 5. There are visual/auditory dysfunction that cannot be corrected to basically normal; 6. There is obvious dysfunction in finger movement (unable to click the mouse, unable to write); 7. Disagree to sign the informed consent form. Healthy control group: 1. Those with a history of craniocerebral trauma that leads to loss of consciousness, epilepsy, or severe physical diseases with poor control (such as coronary heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, etc.), making it difficult to complete the collection of clinical data; 2. There is obvious cognitive dysfunction; 3. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who are preparing for pregnancy (childbearing); 4. There are visual/auditory dysfunction that cannot be corrected to basically normal; 5. There is obvious dysfunction in finger movement (inability to press keys); 6. Disagree to sign the informed consent form.
