Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who previously underwent knee surgery and had residual meniscus tissue available; 2.Study group: osteoarthritis-related knee meniscus degeneration; Control group: non-osteoarthritic arthroscopic meniscus lesions; 3.Age = 18 years; 4.Tissue specimen quality meets the requirements for transcriptome sequencing; 5.Relatively complete clinical data available for scientific research analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe infection or malignant tumors; 2.Specimen quality does not meet the testing requirements; 3.Clinical data are severely missing and cannot be analyzed; 4.Patients deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the principal investigator.
