18 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 50; 2. Any gender; 3. Meets RT and/or CT diagnostic criteria and is willing to undergo surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Under 18 or over 50 years old; 2. Long-term use of antibiotics or immunosuppressants; 3. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, acute or chronic respiratory infectious diseases, and metabolic diseases; 4. Pregnancy; 5. Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 6. Gastroesophageal reflux disease; 7. History of tonsil removal or partial tonsil surgery; 8. History of benign or malignant tumors in the mouth or throat; 9. History of head and neck radiotherapy; 10. Inability to understand or complete the questionnaire; 11. Severe and uncontrolled mental illnesses (such as anxiety or depression).
