60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age over 60 years old, with a stable chronic disease condition. 2. It can be used in conjunction with the collection of experimental specimens and regular follow-up visits. 3. The subjects signed the consent form for the study. For those with dementia, their legal guardians were required to sign the consent form on their behalf.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with severe cardiovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, heart failure), liver/kidney failure, cancer, and those expected to have a short survival period in the near future. 2. Subjects who have consumed probiotic-related products (powder, yogurt, milk, or other fermented foods) continuously (for five days or more) within the last 1 month. 3. Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials and are currently using the trial drugs. 4. Other subjects who, after assessment by the physician, are not suitable to participate in the trial.
