Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hospitalized patients with pathologically confirmed urological malignancies (including bladder cancer, prostate cancer, renal cancer, etc.); 2.Age > 18 years; 3.Conscious and clear, with basic reading, writing, or verbal communication skills; 4.Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with co-existing primary malignant tumors in other sites; 2.Those with a history of psychiatric disorders or severe cognitive impairment; 3.Those in the end-stage of disease with an expected survival of < 3 months and unable to cooperate with the survey; 4.Those in the acute phase of infection or undergoing treatment for severe complications with unstable clinical conditions;
