18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with chronic subdural hematoma (CSDH) via cranial CT or MRI and scheduled for burr hole drainage; 2. Aged 18 years or older; 3. Complete clinical data available, and capable of cooperating with sample collection and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, or autoimmune diseases; 2. Received antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotic preparations within 3 months before surgery; 3. Complicated with intestinal diseases (e.g., inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome); 4. Patients unable to complete follow-up.
