Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. NMOSD patients with serum AQP4-IgG positivity, aged 18 to less than 75 years, meeting the 2015 IPND (International NMOSD Diagnostic Panel) diagnostic criteria; 2. Prior to treatment initiation, NMOSD patients had an EDSS score >=2.5 and <=8; 3. Had provided written informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any severe comorbidity or condition that may confound the authenticity of study outcomes, including but not limited to: a) history of malignancy or allogeneic bone marrow/stem cell transplantation; b) cardiac dysfunction assessed as New York Heart Association (NYHA) Class III/IV, cardiomyopathy, severe arrhythmia requiring clinical intervention, unstable or end-stage ischemic heart disease, congestive heart failure, or severe hypertension; c) chronic kidney disease (CKD) at Stage IV or V; d) known hyperprolinemia or known bleeding disorders; e) history of alcohol, substance, or drug abuse; f) severe chronic or recurrent infectious diseases. 2.Insufficient essential clinical data required for outcome assessment; participants who discontinued study treatment, were lost to follow-up, or deceased during the study period. 3.Failure to sign the written informed consent form prior to any study-related procedures.
