Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Bacetti cervical vertebrae growth age modification is applied during the CVS4 to CVS6 stages (the peak period of growth and development has ended); 2. Anodontia type I malocclusion, bimaxillary protrusion; 3. Removal of 4 first premolars; 4. Complete permanent dentition (except the third molars), with an overbite degree of <= 4mm; 5. Healthy periodontal tissues, as shown on the CBCT scan before treatment there was no alveolar bone resorption, and clinically diagnosed as healthy periodontal tissues; 6. Treatment methods: Using the MBT straight wire orthodontic technique (the brackets are produced by the American AO company, with 0.022×0.028-inch grooves) and the Zheren Angel invisible orthodontic technique for treatment; 7. CBCT data were retained both before and after orthodontic treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is a history of dental treatments that affect bone morphology before orthodontic treatment (such as dental implants, periodontal surgeries, etc.); 2. There are systemic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes.
