70 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 70 years and above; 2.Diagnosed with a new osteoporotic compression fracture of a single thoracolumbar vertebra; 3.No obvious surgical contraindications and patients who underwent percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP); 4.Barthel Index of Activities of Daily Living (ADL) = 60 points; 5.Able to communicate and walk with or without personal or technical assistance; 6.Voluntarily signed informed consent and willing to actively participate in all assessments and intervention training of this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, such as coronary heart disease or carotid atherosclerosis; 2. With liver or kidney dysfunction, such as liver injury or kidney failure; 3. With multiple organ injuries; 4. Those with nerve damage who need spinal canal decompression; 5. Unstable burst fractures of the thoracic or lumbar spine; 6. With other orthopedic diseases or malignant tumors; 7. Those with mental illness or cognitive dysfunction.
