Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with bilateral symmetric conductive hearing loss who are hospitalized in our department and have air-bone conduction difference >=35dB HL; 2. Ear CT examination was performed in our hospital before surgery; 3. Patients receiving artificial ossicle implantation; 4. Patients can be regularly visited for hearing and CT examination after surgery; 5. Voluntarily accept genetic testing;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Does not meet the above selection criteria; 2. Clinical audiology or imaging data are missing or unclear, or the results are of poor quality; 3. Patients diagnosed with secretory otitis media, cerumen embolism, middle ear cholesteatoma, otosclerosis and other ear diseases that can cause conductive deafness;
