Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Data Modeling: We recruited 10 TD children aged 6-12 from Majiabao Primary School in Fengtai District, excluding those with any obvious diseases affecting physical ability. We also recruited 80 CP children who received treatment at PT1 of the China Rehabilitation Research Center between 2026 and 2027 and met the following inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed according to the 2022 version of the "Chinese Guidelines for Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation"; (2) Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) levels I-IV; (3) Able to understand instructions and follow them well. 2. Clinical Validation: We recruited 44 children with CP who received treatment at the PT1 Department of the China Rehabilitation Research Center between 2027 and 2028 as study participants, meeting the following inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed according to the 2022 edition of the "China Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Guidelines"; (2) GMFCS levels I–IV; (3) Aged 6–12 years; (4) Able to understand instructions and have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Had Botox injections within the past 3 months or orthopedic surgery within the past 6 months; 2. Those with lower limb injuries, unstable fractures, knee pain, or limited mobility that prevents training; 3. Those who can't understand most of the instructions during the test and have difficulty cooperating; 4. Those with noticeable leg length differences.
