Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a first-time pathological diagnosis of breast cancer; 2. Patients who have not yet undergone acute-phase treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, etc.; 3. Age >=18 years; 4. Patients or their family members are able to use WeChat functionality; 5. Patients are willing and able to actively cooperate with pre-operative rehabilitation training; 6. Patients provide informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent severe complications such as heart, liver, kidney, or respiratory failure; 2. Patients with a history of dementia or other psychiatric/psychological disorders; 3. Patients with other diseases that prevent them from cooperating with rehabilitation training.
