Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Couples in an ??ART cycle?? undergoing ??ICSI oocyte retrieval;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.??Chromosomal structural and/or numerical abnormalities in the male and/or female partner(s); 2.The female partner has <2 mature oocytes; 3.The majority of the female partner's oocytes exhibit poor quality, characterized by giant polar bodies, multiple polar bodies, cytoplasmic vacuolization, absent zona pellucida, and irregular morphology; 4.Most of the male partner's sperm exhibit severe quality abnormalities, characterized by necrospermia, globozoospermia, acephalic spermatozoa, and a morphologically normal sperm rate <1%;
