18 Years to 59 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18-59 years; 2. clinically diagnosed with AMI within the past 6 months; 3. relatively stable condition post-onset capable of completing questionnaires; 4. able to comprehend and complete Chinese questionnaires; 5. no severe cognitive impairment hindering questionnaire completion; 6. signed informed consent willing to participate; 7. residing within study area for convenient follow-up and data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having severe cardiac complications (such as heart failure, severe arrhythmia); 2. suffering from other serious chronic diseases (such as malignant tumors, severe liver or kidney dysfunction); 3. having severe mental illnesses like major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc., which may affect the accuracy of questionnaire responses; 4. a history of substance abuse or alcohol dependence that may compromise the reliability of study results; 5. experiencing other major life events (such as bereavement, divorce, etc.) within the past 6 months that could interfere with the assessment of post-traumatic growth.
