Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 50 years old. 2. BMI falls within the range for healthy individuals (BMI: 18 - 24 kg/m^2), overweight individuals (24 - 28 kg/m^2), and obese individuals (>= 28 kg/m^2). 3. In the past 3 months, no regular moderate-intensity or higher-intensity exercise has been conducted. 4. After physical examination, there are no serious diseases of important organs such as heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys, nor any skeletal muscle system diseases that affect exercise. 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumors of the endocrine system. 2. Suffering from severe mental disorders and unable to cooperate with the research process. 3. Pregnant or lactating women. 4. Those who have recently (within 1 month) used special drugs that may affect metabolic indicators (such as certain hormone drugs, etc.) and cannot discontinue them. 5. Having uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >= 100mmHg).
