Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for CKM syndrome as defined in the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Comprehensive Management of Patients with Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic Syndrome"; (2) aged 40–75 years; (3) good communication skills and cooperation ability; (4) patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. 2. Family member inclusion criteria: (1) spouse or adult child of middle-aged or elderly patients with CKM syndrome; (2) good cognitive ability; (3) good communication skills and cooperation ability; (4) those who sign the informed consent form. 3. Healthcare professional inclusion criteria: (1) having at least 5 years of clinical work experience in fields related to cardiac diseases, endocrine and metabolic diseases, or kidney diseases; (2) holding a mid-level or higher professional title; (3) good communication skills and cooperation ability; (4) those who sign the informed consent form. 4. Health insurance administrator inclusion criteria: (1) having at least 5 years of work experience in health insurance management; (2) good communication skills and cooperation ability; (3) those who sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient exclusion criteria: (1) with severe underlying diseases, such as congenital diseases, genetic diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; (2) with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, hematological diseases, etc.; (3) participating in other clinical trials that may affect this study. 2. Family member exclusion criteria: (1) age <18 years; (2) with intellectual disability. 3. Healthcare professional exclusion criteria: (1) those who have been away from clinical work for =3 months; (2) those on external training or on leave. 4. Health insurance administrator exclusion criteria: (1) those who have been away from health insurance management-related work for =3 months.
