Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.all patients met the diagnostic criteria of septic shock; 2.at least one of the following manifestations of tissue hypoperfusion was present: systolic blood pressure below 90mmHg or urine output below 0.5 ml/kg per hour for 2 hours or heart rate above 100 beats per minute or obvious mottling of skin.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cardiac insufficiency and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) below 40%; 2.Patients with pulmonary artery or abdominal hypertension; 3.Patients with severe conditions including arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency, coronary artery disease, or congenital heart disease; 4.Patients with hemorrhagic or cardiogenic shock; 5.Patients with cardiac interface imaging that fails to produce clear images; 6.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
