20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 20–45 years with fertility requirements or a desire to preserve reproductive function; 2. Initially diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and confirmed as endometrial polyps (EPs) via hysteroscopy; 3. Polyp diameter =1.0 cm, or <1.0 cm but causing significant clinical symptoms (e.g., abnormal uterine bleeding, infertility); 4. Signed informed consent and willingness to undergo postoperative follow-up; 5. Pathologically confirmed as having endometrial polyps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with postoperative pathological diagnosis of submucosal uterine fibroids, endometrial atypical hyperplasia, or endometrial malignant lesions; 2. Patients with severe medical conditions (e.g., cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction) or coagulation disorders that increase surgical risk; 3. Patients with a recent history (e.g., within 3 months) of hormone therapy (e.g., progesterone, GnRH-a); 4. Patients with uterine abnormalities detected by ultrasound or during surgery, such as uterine septum, intrauterine or cervical adhesions, or stenosis; 5. Patients lost to follow-up, or with missing key clinical or follow-up data; 6. Patients in special physiological states: pregnant or lactating women.
