Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Various refractory glaucomas: Glaucoma that failed after previous filtering surgery, childhood glaucoma, various secondary glaucomas caused by various reasons, such as neovascular glaucoma, glaucoma secondary to uveitis, glaucoma secondary to trauma, glaucoma secondary to iridocorneal endothelial syndrome, glaucoma secondary to Sturge-Weber syndrome, glaucoma secondary to vitrectomy, etc.; 2. With indications for glaucoma surgery: The target intraocular pressure has not been reached through medication or the patient cannot tolerate medication treatment, or the patient requests surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The overall condition is not suitable for ophthalmic surgery; 2. Patients in whom it was found that the Schlemm's canal could not be penetrated through 360 degrees and alternative surgical methods had to be adopted; 3. Those with poor compliance and unable to cooperate in completing all ophthalmic and systemic related examinations; 4. Patients currently using anticoagulant drugs, with the International Normalized Ratio (INR) being > 3.0 in routine preoperative examinations; 5. Patients who underwent other glaucoma surgical methods during follow-up may affect the evaluation of therapeutic effect (and will be counted as a failure of this surgery).
