Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosis of schizophrenia (SCZ) independently confirmed by two psychiatrists (based on DSM-5 criteria and MINI international neuropsychiatric interview); 2.In a chronic stable phase (defined as no acute exacerbation in the past 6 months and stable antipsychotic drug dosage); 3.Aged 18–65 years; 4.Able to understand and complete the working memory task paradigm (n-back);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other mental disorders, neurological diseases, or substance use disorders; 2.History of seizures or related convulsive disorders; 3.There are contraindications to fNIRS or TIS, including but not limited to a history of severe head trauma, brain surgery, and intracranial/cardiac metal implants; 4.Received electroconvulsive therapy or other neuromodulation therapies (such as transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation) within the past 30 days; 5.The score for the suicide item in the 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) is >= 3; 6.Currently in pregnancy, lactation, or with pregnancy plans during the study period; 7.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials;
