Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-55 years old 2. The daily sitting time should be no less than 6 hours 3. BMI is between 18.5 and 30 kg/m ² 4. No formal abdominal training programs have been participated in within the past six months 5. Be able to persist in completing the 8-week intervention and assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Electrical stimulation contraindications (such as pacemakers, skin damage, allergies, etc.) 2. Regular exercise or taking drugs/supplements that affect muscle metabolism in the past three months 3. Pregnant or having a history of pregnancy within the last three months 4. Those who experience adverse reactions during the process or are unable to persist in withdrawing
