Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnosis of moderate to severe COPD (PFTvalues:FEV1/FVC=60 years old; 3. Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, no cognitive dysfunction, and able to cooperate with swallowing assessment and related treatments; 4. The patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from neurological diseases such as dementia, stroke and Parkinson's disease; 2. Unable to eat orally due to diseases such as head and neck tumors or esophageal stenosis; 3. Respiratory inflammatory diseases such as pneumonia and pulmonary tuberculosis; 4. Severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys; 5. Severe visual and auditory dysfunction, etc.
