Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 10–18 years; 2. Right-handed; 3. Diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) of unknown etiology, with a Cobb angle >10°; 4. At moderate or high risk of falls, defined as a fall index =36 on the Tetrax Balance Function Diagnosis and Training System; 5. Willing to participate in the study and provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of head injury or headache; 2. A history of major spinal or lower-extremity trauma or surgery; 3. Neurological, musculoskeletal, or cardiovascular disorders.
