Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age,18 years old or above based on the date of surgical treatment; 2.Gender,male or female; 3.The primary tumor was diagnosed as oral squamous cell carcinoma by pathology; 4.The tumors were located in the lip,tongue,buccal mucosa,upper gingiva,lower gingiva,buccal mucosa,floor of mouth and hard palate; 5.There was no chemotherapy,radiotherapy or other radical treatment before operation; 6.Peripheral blood routine,biochemical and coagulation tests were performed within 7 days before surgery; 7.Clinical and laboratory data were complete,and at least 2 years of follow-up records were available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological data were missing; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients with tumors at other sites; 4.Persons with mental or intellectual disability; 5.People who have been tested for four infectious diseases (hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis,and HIV);
