Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose scanning range in the iTrace examination was >= 4mm and whose results were qualified; 2. Patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for cataract and implanted a single-focus aspherical intraocular lens at the Ophthalmology Department of Tianjin Medical University from June 2026 to December 2026; 3. The same brand and model of single-focus aspherical IOL was used throughout the process; 4. Only one eye meeting the requirements can be included in the study population; 5. Voluntary participation in this trial and agreement to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria included patients with high myopia (spherical equivalent >= 6 D or axial length >= 26 mm), short ocular axis (axial length <=21 mm); 2.Patients with Fundus diseases, keratitis, corneal scarring, pterygium, history of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery, and inability to fixate steadily.
