Age
18 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Primiparous women with no history of previous delivery; 2.Singleton term pregnancy (gestational age=37 weeks); 3.Voluntary participation and signed informed consent; 4.Adequate basic communication and reading comprehension; 5.Able to comply with follow-up assessments up to 6 months postpartum.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe underlying diseases (e.g., severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, hepatic or renal failure). 2.Severe postpartum complications, cognitive or communication impairment precluding study compliance. 3.Note: Women with gestational diabetes mellitus, preeclampsia, or other complications are not excluded. These participants will be separately identified and analyzed using a stratified model to evaluate result generalizability and sensitivity.
